But someone in the family wasn’t very happy about this fact, Hannes’ biological son, Franz Oberhauser. After his parents had died in their climbing accident, the Oberhauser family took the young man in as one of their own. M’s final orders to kill Marco Sciarra seem to be connected to the fact that she knew about James Bond’s connection to another party in Spectre’s ultimate hierarchy.Įnclosed in the box that gave Bond his so called inheritance from Olivia Mansfield were some personal documents: adoption papers and a photo showing Bond’s life with his adopted father, Hannes Oberhauser. As time marches on, and more of the Bond family legacy is revealed, it seems that 007’s life as an orphan has yet again given a nefarious adversary the advantage.
